The Emails that are in the preview templates, do not seem to be reflected in the emails we receive. What could be happening?
When the emails do not seem to be reflected in the emails received, here are some things to review:
- Review the Email Templates themselves, by going to System|System Emails|Message Management. The top priority is to apply your organization’s style and font guidelines, to all the emails. (Or, if your organization doesn’t have these, then apply a consistent Font and Size, across all messages)
- Also, review the Manage Header and Footer, and apply the same Font and Size, to these messages as well.
- Lastly, if images are not coming through, check with your email administrator, to see if they may be blocked.
