When the emails do not seem to be reflected in the emails received, here are some things to review:

• Review the Email Templates themselves, by going to System|System Emails|Message Management.  The top priority is to apply your organization’s style and font guidelines, to all the emails.  (Or, if your organization doesn’t have these, then apply a consistent Font and Size, across all messages)
• Also, review the Manage Header and Footer, and apply the same Font and Size, to these messages as well.
• Lastly, if images are not coming through, check with your email administrator, to see if they may be blocked.
