Reporting in LMS E10, an introduction
Reporting in the LMS E10, is both very easy to use, and very easy to customize – allowing for a tremendous amount of flexibility in building and saving the reports you need. Below is a look at the process of reporting.
Different Types of Reports
There are 33 different reports available in E10. All of which can be further customized. The reports show up on the left side panel and can be ‘opened’ like a drawer, simply by clicking on the down arrow, or ‘closed’ by clicking on the up arrow.
There are a number of different filters to choose from – based on the Course Catalog, the User Information, and the Status and Time:
These reports are based on the information that is important for your organization, and added by your organization, in the Organization Structure.
Based on your information, you can run or download a report on everything, or you can search for exactly the fields you care about:
The example search above could then be saved for future use – in this case, the search above is saved for Western Region.
Now, instead of recreating this report every time, you can now simply go to the Saved Filter, and run the report.
You now can either view the report or download the report.
As you can see, you can download, and email the report.
In addition, you can choose the fields you wish to have on the report – or choose all fields.
