Sensitivity to Racial Identity

This course explores the importance of demonstrating sensitivity toward others with racial identities unlike the learner’s own identity. It offers context regarding individuals with racial identities that are historically marginalized. It provides the learner with specific steps to take to appreciate others’ backgrounds and experiences due to their racial identity as part of fostering an inclusive culture.
