In 2018, Perspecta, a government contractor, faced the daunting challenge of bringing together three companies’ ethics and compliance departments as part of the merger into the new company. Their team had already put in place the basic building blocks of an ethics and compliance program for this new company – rolling out a unified Code of Conduct.

They came to Syntrio to create an ethics and compliance training program that would provide a unified foundation for the workforce on Perspecta’s core values and expectations and help senior leadership in the process of building a unified operational environment and culture.
