As a Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you will manage websites and online stores, and focus on driving scalable programs to support our customers and sales and marketing teams. You’ll be innovative, good at leveraging technology to deliver measurable outcomes, tech savvy, curious and ambitious.
Skills and Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with a range of digital sales and marketing solutions, including:
- WordPress, including an understanding of website design, HTML, CSS and plugins
- SEO practices and Google Analytics
- Salesforce CRM
- Salesforce Pardot (or similar)
- Strong cross-functional and team collaboration skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
Additional skills and experiences are highly desirable:
- 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with sales and marketing analytics and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or greater
