Learning to Use the System
Syntrio’s LMS and courses are intuitive and easy to use for both learners and training staff. Still, to be sure you get the most out of your system, our Client Services Team provides each new client with an in-depth LMS training session, either in person or via teleconference, prior to launching the site. Additional product information is available "on demand" at your learning site in the form of online tutorials, help files and a downloadable product manual.
Ongoing Support
Throughout the course of your contract, Syntrio's experienced Client Services Team is available to advise you and help you troubleshoot any technical issues that you can't resolve on your own. Behind the scenes, your online learning site is monitored 24/7 at a secure data center. Rigid physical and electronic security standards ensure that your company data is safe, secure and available to you when you need it.
Internal Marketing and Promotion
Even the best online learning initiative has limited success if it is not marketed and communicated effectively to employees. All Syntrio clients receive a free consultation with a Syntrio Internal Marketing Specialist. Using sample flyers, e-mails and incentive ideas, we'll help you develop a communication strategy for your launch and advise you on continuous promotion. We'll also monitor your progress and offer additional assistance throughout the year to ensure you are on target to fully utilize your training investment.
