Syntrio’s Executive Breakfast & Discussion, Executive Insights into Building a Respectful Workplace, is designed to be an intimate and informative conversation with their peers on the topic of harassment, discrimination and diversity as organizations strive to create an inclusive corporate culture, free of bias and preconceived notions.

This roundtable provides an opportunity for business executives to dive deeper into creating an inclusive company culture, and discuss best practices and other inventive ways to counter harassment, as part of an overall workplace culture strengthening.

The fact that harassment policies have been around for years yet research shows a continuing workplace problem with harassment demonstrates the ineffectiveness of many business efforts.
